The system will read the information from the buffer while still processing the process of downloading the files so that the streaming process continues to the client machine. Delay time just before the video or audio files on the run ranges from 5 to 30 seconds.

The basic concept of video streaming is to divide the video packets into multiple parts (broken up), and transmit the packets, then from the side (the client) can decode and play packets of video files without having to wait for all files sent to the receiving machine.
