Beaxy will be a department store for all your cryptocurrency trading needs. Our intuitive user interface will allow trading in crypto and fiat currencies. As shown by Beaxy's transparent rocket logo, our UI will be a sleek and elegant experience for users but will contain many intricate mechanisms inside. Simple, yet powerful.

Beaxy was originally created in mid-2017 when the founders discussed the challenges surrounding cryptocurrency exchange. They notice that there are many obstacles to entering and navigating the bursa is a challenge - even for experienced investors - so they plan to create a one-stop exchange that will accommodate everyone from beginners to professionals.

Our vision is to create a comfortable, secure, all-in-one platform that helps to facilitate a world where cryptocurrency is as easy as fiat currency. Beaxy hopes to play an important role in this expedition by laying the framework for what an all-in-one exchange should be.

It is our mission to provide many tools, news articles, tutorials and financial services to help all users - from total beginners to expert traders - in making informed decisions in this rapidly changing environment.

Beaxy Token (BXY)

The Beaxy token offers multiple functions within our platform:

● Loyalty Rewards Program. This program is designed to reward users who are holding BXY on our exchange. Holders will receive 20% of the fees according to the number of BXY they hold. All you will have to do is to keep your BXY tokens deposited on our exchange.

● Pay exchange fees at a 50% reduced rate when you pay with BXY tokens.

● Developers will be able to offer their own add-on features in our App Store. In addition to features developed by our team, we will allow 3rd party developers to submit their own applications and offer them to our users. They will receive 70% of the revenue generated from users who use their apps (paid out in Beaxy tokens.) Developers will be able to offer their apps for free, via a one-time purchase, or through a recurring payment model.

● You can use our token to make your opinion heard and vote in our polls. We want our user base to play an active role in shaping the future of Beaxy and will have polls with questions like: What coins should we list? What features should we develop next? Etc

The BXY token presale will begin on June 1st, 2018. The public ICO will begin on

June 15th, 2018 and run for one month or until sold out.

The total supply of Beaxy coins (BXY) will be 100 million, out of which 60 million will

be available during the ICO. Shareholders will be entitled to a reserve of 25 million tokens. 15 million tokens will be maintained as a company reserve.

● the minimum goal of $ 5 million USD. If the minimum goal is not achieved, the sums will be returned to the investors.

● the maximum goal of $ 30 million USD.

We know that future ICO, but we feel that this is something that should not be rushed. The ICO space has changed considerably, and we want to evaluate all possible funding models before we make any statements publicly.
